Info: This 48 Tandum needs to find a new home. Rare Tandum model. This trailer has all the original interior in good shape for a 59 year old trailer.This is one of the best preserved Manors that I have seen. Both doors have their original screen doors and both locks work with keys. Ipurchased this to restore but have another 46 that I am keeping so this one needs to go. The last four photos show the major damage. The two lower rear corners have some dents which should be able to be pushed out from the inside. The rubrail below this area is dented as well. The interior vents have had some leakage and the trim is shot. Surprisingly the rest of the ceiling wood is ok as is all the paneling in the trailer. The floors show where the water came in, no soft spots but the original wood grained vinyl has been damaged in the galley. She needs some work but she is sweet.
